A dedicated family man himself, Raleigh personal injury lawyer Brent Adams knows the importance of family and protecting the rights of our dearest friends and loved ones. Adams devotes himself and his North Carolina injury law firm to representing everyday people, and is happy to put his experience to work for those who were injured because of something that wasn’t their fault. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor for less than 1% of trial lawyers.

Brent Adams’ legal career has always concentrated on trial practice. After years of legal work, Adams realized the area of law closest to his heart was representing ordinary, everyday people. Adams’ Raleigh, Fayetteville and Dunn accident injury law offices only represent people who suffer injuries as the result of someone else’s wrongdoing, as well as the families of victims who have become disabled, gravely ill–or worse–killed.

He is the author of several books, including: The Truth About Medical Malpractice ClaimsHow to Get Top Dollars For Your Workers’ Comp Claim and Ten Costly Mistakes That Can Wreck Your North Carolina Case. Free copies are available for all injured persons, regardless if they are clients.

Adams has been active in the NC legal community throughout his entire career as a trial lawyer and has been recognized by his peers as an outstanding attorney. He has an Avvo rating of 10 out of 10. His Avvo rating includes more than 15 peer endorsements and several client reviews. He served on the Boards of the Wake County Bar Association and the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, eventually elected Secretary-Treasurer and Vice President of each, respectively. Adams was chosen to serve as the State Representative to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the largest trial lawyer organization in the world.

In an effort to share his knowledge with other attorneys, Adams frequently lectures at trial lawyer groups. He has spoken at legal seminars sponsored by the North Carolina Bar Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Wake Forest University, The North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, as well as the prestigious Melvin M. Belli Seminar.

Before concentrating on exclusively representing injured victims, Adams successfully represented banks, insurance companies and individuals on cases from murder, rape, drugs and white collar criminal cases, to lawsuits involving real estate, business contracts, bankruptcy and tax matters.

Adams completed both his undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degrees at Wake Forest University School of Law.
